OVERVIEW
When I joined TheGuarantors, the platform had two very different audiences: renters and landlords. Essentially, two sides of the same coin, often at odds. My focus was to create a 'Renter’s World' — a space where renters could explore, click, and actually enjoy the process, navigating the rental portal with ease and a little fun along the way."
ROLES & RESPONSABILITIES
It was my duty to build a world for renters: brainstorming features and flows, defining the illustrative style, animating interactions to make the portal feel alive, and ensuring every click felt intuitive (and delightful). I also collaborated closely with product and engineering to turn ideas into polished experiences that made renting less of a chore and more of a playful, engaging process
