OVERVIEW

Keeps is the brand that put men’s hair loss care on the internet before it was cool, making it simple, private, and stigma-free at a time when no one else was doing it. By pioneering digital hair care, Keeps set the standard for what telehealth could look like for men, sparking a wave in the likes of Hims and Roman that followed in its footsteps. Today, Keeps stands as the original and most trusted name in the space, having officially served over 1 million hairlines, and growing!

 

ROLES & RESPONSABILITIES

I was lucky enough to work on just about everything at Keeps: I overhauled the brand’s styling, launched new sexual health offerings (ED & PE), and redesigned major touchpoints like the Our Products page, the mini quiz, and the results flow. I worked with clinical teams to make online consultations clearer and less intimidating, and partnered with product to fine-tune the conversion funnel until it actually flowed. I also got the chance to work with marketing to keep the brand sharp and with legal to expand Keeps into most of the United States, proving design can be both beautiful and regulatory-friendly.

Results

The Keeps quiz results page is designed to give patients clarity and confidence in their treatment. I updated everything from color and typography to product photography, not just to achieve a rebrand, but to create an elevated version of the Keeps identity that patients already know and trust. I also reorganized the page to clearly communicate what each patient would receive, why the recommended care is right for them, and how it’s customized to their needs. The redesign further educates patients on how Keeps works and sets expectations for outcomes, making the experience transparent, informative, and reassuring.
