Keeps đź‘‘
Hair today, hair tomorrow.
OVERVIEW
Keeps is the brand that put men’s hair loss care on the internet before it was cool, making it simple, private, and stigma-free at a time when no one else was doing it. By pioneering digital hair care, Keeps set the standard for what telehealth could look like for men, sparking a wave in the likes of Hims and Roman that followed in its footsteps. Today, Keeps stands as the original and most trusted name in the space, having officially served over 1 million hairlines, and growing!
ROLES & RESPONSABILITIES
Redesigned key patient flows, refreshed the brand’s styling, expanded Keeps into new categories, and led cross-team collaboration to bring a modernized experience to life.
PRODUCT APPROACH
Keeps was already the pioneer in men’s hair loss care, but after years of growth, the product experience needed to evolve with its every-changing demographic. I overhauled the Our Products page, reimagined the mini quiz and results page, and worked closely with clinical teams to fine-tune the consultation flow so patients could actually get the care they needed without falling off midway.
Those updates paid off fast. The homepage got a 12% drop-off reduction and sent 38% more people into the mini quiz. Once there, the quiz captured 15% more leads, and the redesigned results page drove a 9% lift in conversion and a 23% jump in Keeps-exclusive product purchases.
Along the way, I helped introduce ED & PE offerings—folding them naturally into the experience so it all felt like Keeps, not a random feature add-on.
MVP READINESS
The redesign wasn’t just about looking better—it was about elevating the entire brand. I refreshed colors, typography, and product photography to create a more modern, cohesive identity. I worked with legal and product to expand Keeps’ accessibility nationwide, ensuring every detail (down to the UI) could support new services and states seamlessly.
DATA & TESTING
I built a flexible testing framework that made it easy to validate ideas without slowing anything down—rapid A/B tests, quick-hit user interviews, and constant funnel reviews. That loop made it clear where the friction lived, and where small UX tweaks could unlock real wins.
The result? A cleaner funnel, higher trust, and hard numbers attached to the work: +5% conversion, +12% AOV, +5% lead signups, +3% registered users, and a quiz that performed better without frankensteining the completion rate.
